‍Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or its content without our prior written consent.

5. Game Listings and Transactions

Seller Responsibilities: Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the games they list on the platform. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

‍Buyer Responsibilities: Buyers are responsible for conducting due diligence before making a purchase. Gamehaap is not responsible for the accuracy of game listings.

‍Transactions: All transactions between buyers and sellers are conducted directly between the parties. Gamehaap is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee the performance of either party.

6. Fees and Payments

Seller Fees: A fixed commission fee is charged to sellers on each successful game acquisition, as outlined in our Pricing Policy.

‍Buyer Fees: Buyers may be required to pay an annual fee for certain exclusive services, as outlined in our Pricing Policy.

‍Payment Terms: All fees are due and payable as specified at the time of the transaction or subscription.

7. Termination

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@gamehaap.com.

‍Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account or access to the platform at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or for any other reason.

‍Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Any outstanding fees or obligations incurred before termination remain your responsibility.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

‍Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gamehaap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

‍These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
